Hoggy’s Grill will be running two days of BBQ workshops at The Dairy, which is nestled within Burghley Park.

This course is smashing hit with all customers. Within this course you will be able to understand what is needed to become a pro! The Basic Class includes a vegetarian starter, standard meats such as steak and chicken, potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a delicious grilled dessert.
