How the burger class works
Find your flavour
- 01Tasting balls. Roll little tasting balls and grill them with rub after rub.
- 02Play alchemist. Mix, taste and tweak until you've found your flavour.
- 03Your ultimate burger. Build it with your rub and all the trimmings, then eat it.

What a great experience! It's a deceptively simple course but a lot is covered in a really easy-to-remember way. Hoggy is a brilliantly blunt, amusing and clear coach - I came away with loads of tips I've been using for the rest of the summer.
